The Prophet ﷺ said regarding the verse "and they will not disobey you in what is right" [Mumtahanah 60:12], "It refers to wailing over the dead."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع عن يزيد بن عبد الله مولى الصهباء عن شهر بن حوشب
عن النبي ﷺ {ولا يعصينك في معروف} قال النوح
[Its chain is hasan] Tirmidhi narrated it in tafsir of the Quran, chapter "And from Surah Mumtahanah," no. 3307, from the hadith of Yazid at length, and he said, hasan gharib.
