[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi, Prayer, chapter on what has been said about the virtue of the earliest time, no. 171, 1075, from the hadith of Ibn Wahb, at length, and he said regarding the second narration, "This is a gharib hadith, and I do not think its chain is connected." Hakim declared it sahih, 2/162-163, and Dhahabi agreed. Saeed is trustworthy, deemed reliable by Ajli, Ibn Hibban, and others, and no weight should be given to those who considered him unknown, and the substance of the hadith has corroborating reports.
