Abu Rafi reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Abbas, "Uncle, shall I not give you a gift? Shall I not benefit you? Shall I not show you kindness?"Abbas replied, "Of course, Messenger of Allah."He said, "Pray four units of prayer. In each unit, recite the Opening of the Book and another surah. When you finish the recitation, say 'Subhan Allah, alhamdu lillah, la ilaha illa Allah, Allahu akbar' fifteen times before you bow. Then bow and say it ten times. Then raise your head and say it ten times. Then prostrate and say it ten times. Then raise your head and say it ten times. Then prostrate and say it ten times. Then raise your head and say it ten times before you stand up. That is seventy-five in each unit, making three hundred in four units. Even if your sins were like the sands of Alij, Allah would forgive them for you."Abbas asked, "Messenger of Allah, what about someone who cannot say it in a day?"He answered, "Say it once a week. If you cannot, then say it once a month." He continued in this way until he said, "Then say it once a year."

عن أبي رافع قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ للعباس يا عم ألا أحبوك ألا أنفعك ألا أصلك قال بلى يا رسول الله قال فصل أربع ركعات تقرأ في كل ركعة بفاتحة الكتاب وسورة فإذا انقضت القراءة فقل سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر خمس عشرة مرة قبل أن تركع ثم اركع فقلها عشرا ثم ارفع رأسك فقلها عشرا ثم اسجد فقلها عشرا ثم ارفع رأسك فقلها عشرا ثم اسجد فقلها عشرا ثم ارفع رأسك فقلها عشرا قبل أن تقوم فتلك خمس وسبعون في كل ركعة وهي ثلاث مائة في أربع ركعات فلو كانت ذنوبك مثل رمل عالج غفرها الله لك قال يا رسول الله ومن لم يستطع يقولها في يوم قال قلها في جمعة فإن لم تستطع فقلها في شهر حتى قال فقلها في سنة
