I used to hear the Prophet's ﷺ recitation at night while I was on my roof.
[Hasan] Narrated by Nasai: 178/22, 179, "The Opening," chapter on raising the voice with the Quran, hadith: 1014, from the hadith of Waki, through the same route. Abu Ala is Hilal bin Khabab, truthful but his memory changed toward the end of his life (Taqrib and others). Busiri said, "This chain is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy," and this indicates that, according to Busiri, Masaar's hearing from him was before his memory changed.
