The Prophet ﷺ recited "Say, O you disbelievers" and "Say, He is Allah, the One" in the two rakats before the Fajr prayer.
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن إبراهيم الدمشقي ويعقوب بن حميد بن كاسب قالا حدثنا مروان بن معاوية عن يزيد بن كيسان عن أبي حازم
أن النبي ﷺ قرأ في الركعتين قبل الفجر قل يا أيها الكافرون وقل هو الله أحد
Muslim narrated it in Prayer of the Traveler, in the chapter on the recommendation of the two rakahs of the sunnah of Fajr, urging them, and making them light, etc., hadith no. 726, from the hadith of Marwan Fazari through the same chain.
