The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever deliberately misses the Friday prayer should give a Dinar in charity, and if he cannot find one, then half a Dinar."

Sourcing, its chain of transmission is daif. Nasai narrated it in Sunan al-Kubra, no. 1662, and in Mujtaba, as our shaykh the imam Ataullah al-Fawjiyani mentioned in Taliqat Salafiyyah 1/161, from Nasr bin Ali, with the same wording.Qatada narrated it using "an" (a formula that may indicate a break in the chain), as mentioned earlier, no. 175.It also has another chain through Qudama bin Wabara from Samura, with the same wording, narrated by Nasai in Mujtaba 3/89, no. 1372, and by Abu Dawud, no. 1053, and others.Qudama did not hear from Samura, as Bukhari stated.
