The Prophet ﷺ performed prostration during the recitation of "When the heaven is split asunder" [Inshiqaq 84:1].Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba said, "This hadith is from the narrations of Yahya bin Saeed. I have not heard anyone mention it besides him."
حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن يحيى بن سعيد عن أبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم عن عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبي بكر بن عبد الرحمن بن الحارث بن هشام
أن النبي ﷺ سجد في إذا السماء انشقت قال أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة هذا الحديث من حديث يحيى بن سعيد ما سمعت أحدا يذكره غيره
[Sahih] Tirmidhi narrated it in Jumuah, chapter on the sajdah in "When the sky splits" etc: 574, from the hadith of Sufyan through this route, and he said, hasan sahih. It is also cited in Musnad Humaydi, no. 998, in my edition, and it has corroborating narrations in Muslim and others.
