Talq was asked, "Did you attend the Eid prayer with the Prophet ﷺ?"He replied, "Yes, and were it not for my young age at the time, I would not have been able to attend. He came to the marker near the house of Kathir bin Salt and prayed, then delivered the sermon. Afterwards he went to the women, accompanied by Bilal, and admonished them, reminded them, and instructed them to give charity. I saw them stretching out their hands, casting their offerings into Bilal's garment. Then he and Bilal went off to his house."
حدثنا مسدد قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد حدثنا سفيان قال حدثني عبد الرحمن بن عابس قال سمعت
قيل له أشهدت العيد مع النبي ﷺ قال نعم ولولا مكاني من الصغر ما شهدته حتى أتى العلم الذي عند دار كثير بن الصلت فصلى ثم خطب ثم أتى النساء ومعه بلال فوعظهن وذكرهن وأمرهن بالصدقة فرأيتهن يهوين بأيديهن يقذفنه في ثوب بلال ثم انطلق هو وبلال إلى بيته
