Allah benefited me with a single statement during the days of the Battle of the Camel. When news reached the Prophet ﷺ that the Persians had appointed the daughter of Khosrau as their ruler, he said, "A people who entrust their affairs to a woman will never succeed."
حدثنا عثمان بن الهيثم حدثنا عوف عن الحسن
لقد نفعني الله بكلمة أيام الجمل لما بلغ النبي ﷺ أن فارسا ملكوا ابنة كسرى قال لن يفلح قوم ولوا أمرهم امرأة
Bukhari included the hadiths of Hasan narrated from Abu Bakra, among them, the hadith on the eclipse, the hadith "may Allah increase your eagerness, but do not do it again," the hadith "a people will not succeed who entrust their affairs to a woman," and the hadith "this son of mine is a master." Hasan is only narrated from Ahnaf from Abu Bakra.
