The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a slave-woman commits adultery and her adultery is established, let him flog her and not rebuke her. Then if she commits adultery again, let him flog her and not rebuke her. Then if she commits adultery a third time, let him sell her, even for a rope of hair."Ismail bin Umaya followed him in narrating this from Saeed, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ.
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف حدثنا الليث عن سعيد المقبري عن أبيه
قال النبي ﷺ إذا زنت الأمة فتبين زناها فليجلدها ولا يثرب ثم إن زنت فليجلدها ولا يثرب ثم إن زنت الثالثة فليبعها ولو بحبل من شعر تابعه إسماعيل بن أمية عن سعيد عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ﷺ
