Muaz bin Jabal ruled in our case during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ that the daughter receives half and the sister receives half. Then Sulayman said, "He ruled in our case," without mentioning during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

قضى فينا معاذ بن جبل على عهد رسول الله ﷺ النصف للابنة والنصف للأخت ثم قال سليمان قضى فينا ولم يذكر على عهد رسول الله ﷺ
