The Messenger of Allah ﷺ took an oath to stay away from his wives for a month and secluded himself in an upper room of his. He came down after twenty-nine days.It was said to him, "Messenger of Allah, you swore to stay away for a month."He replied, "The month is twenty-nine days."

آلى رسول الله ﷺ من نسائه شهرا وقعد في مشربة له فنزل لتسع وعشرين فقيل يا رسول الله إنك آليت على شهر قال إن الشهر تسع وعشرون
