The Prophet ﷺ said, "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock. The ruler is a shepherd, the man is a shepherd over the people of his household, and the woman is a shepherd over her husband's house and his children. So each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock."
حدثنا عبدان أخبرنا عبد الله أخبرنا موسى بن عقبة عن نافع
عن النبي ﷺ قال كلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته والأمير راع والرجل راع على أهل بيته والمرأة راعية على بيت زوجها وولده فكلكم راع وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته
