He asked Saeed bin Jubayr about the words of Allah Most High, "Do not move your tongue with it" [Qiyamah 75:16].Saeed replied that Ibn Abbas had said, "Whenever revelation came down upon him, he would move his lips, fearing that it might slip away from him, so he was told, 'Do not move your tongue with it' [Qiyamah 75:16].'Indeed, upon Us is its collection and its recitation' [Qiyamah 75:17] means that We will gather it in your heart, and its recitation means that you will recite it.'So when We have recited it' [Qiyamah 75:18] means when it has been sent down upon him, 'then follow its recitation. Then indeed, upon Us is its clarification' [Qiyamah 75:18–19], meaning that We will make it clear upon your tongue."
