The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah created creation, and when He finished, the womb stood up and took hold of the waist of the Most Merciful. He said to it, 'Stop.' It said, 'This is the position of one seeking refuge in You from being severed.' He said, 'Are you not pleased that I should maintain ties with whoever maintains ties with you and sever ties with whoever severs you?' It said, 'Yes indeed, my Lord.' He said, 'Then so it shall be.'"Abu Hurairah said, "Recite, if you wish, 'Would you then, if you were given authority, cause corruption on earth and sever your ties of kinship?' [Muhammad 47:22]."
حدثنا خالد بن مخلد حدثنا سليمان قال حدثني معاوية بن أبي مزرد عن سعيد بن يسار
عن النبي ﷺ قال خلق الله الخلق فلما فرغ منه قامت الرحم فأخذت بحقو الرحمن فقال له مه قالت هذا مقام العائذ بك من القطيعة قال ألا ترضين أن أصل من وصلك وأقطع من قطعك قالت بلى يا رب قال فذاك قال أبو هريرة اقرءوا إن شئتم {فهل عسيتم إن توليتم أن تفسدوا في الأرض وتقطعوا أرحامكم}
