Ayesha reported,

We administered medicine to him forcibly during his illness, and he began gesturing to us not to force the medicine on him. We assumed it was simply the patient's dislike of medicine. When he recovered, he said, "Did I not forbid you to force medicine on me?"We replied, "We thought it was just the patient's aversion to medicine."He said, "Let no one remain in the house without having medicine forced upon him while I watch, except Abbas, for he was not present with you."Ibn Abu Zinad narrated it from Hisham, from his father, from Ayesha, from the Prophet ﷺ.
