I asked Ibn Amr bin As, "Tell me the worst thing the polytheists did to the Prophet ﷺ."He said, "While the Prophet ﷺ was praying in the enclosure of the Kaabah, Uqba bin Abu Muayt came up, threw his cloak around the Prophet's neck, and choked him violently. Abu Bakr came forward, seized Uqba by the shoulder, and pushed him away from the Prophet ﷺ, saying, 'Would you kill a man for saying, My Lord is Allah?' [Ghafir 40:28]"Ibn Ishaq followed him in this narration, saying, Yahya bin Urwa related to me from Urwa, "I said to Abdullah bin Amr..."Abdah related from Hisham, from his father, "It was said to Amr bin As..."Muhammad bin Amr related from Abu Salama, "Amr bin As related to me..."
