Kathir bin Kathir narrated to me, saying, "Uthman bin Abu Sulayman and I were sitting with Saeed bin Jubayr, and he said, 'This is not how Ibn Abbas narrated it to me. Rather, he said that Ibrahim came along with Ismail and his mother, peace be upon them, while she was nursing him, and she had with her a small waterskin.'" He did not raise it as a marfu hadith. Then Ibrahim brought her along with her son Ismail.
قال الأنصاري حدثنا
أما كثير بن كثير فحدثني قال إني وعثمان بن أبي سليمان جلوس مع سعيد بن جبير فقال ما هكذا حدثني ابن عباس ولكنه قال أقبل إبراهيم بإسماعيل وأمه عليهم السلام وهي ترضعه معها شنة لم يرفعه ثم جاء بها إبراهيم وبابنها إسماعيل
