When Banu Qurayzah agreed to submit to the judgment of Saad bin Muaz, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent for him. He was nearby, and he came riding a donkey. As he drew near, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Stand up for your leader."He came and sat beside the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said to him, "These people have agreed to submit to your judgment."Saad said, "Then I rule that the fighters be killed and the women and children be taken captive."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You have judged them with the judgment of the King."
حدثنا سليمان بن حرب حدثنا شعبة عن سعد بن إبراهيم عن أبي أمامة هو ابن سهل بن حنيف
لما نزلت بنو قريظة على حكم سعد هو ابن معاذ بعث رسول الله ﷺ وكان قريبا منه فجاء على حمار فلما دنا قال رسول الله ﷺ قوموا إلى سيدكم فجاء فجلس إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال له إن هؤلاء نزلوا على حكمك قال فإني أحكم أن تقتل المقاتلة وأن تسبى الذرية قال لقد حكمت فيهم بحكم الملك
