Umar bin Khattab reported,

The properties of Banu al-Nadir were among what Allah granted as spoils to His Messenger ﷺ without the Muslims having to spur on horses or camels to obtain them. They belonged exclusively to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He would set aside from them a year's provision for his family, then use what remained for weapons and mounts as preparation for the cause of Allah.
