Nafi reported,

Ibn Umar never refused anyone's request to act as executor of a will.As for Ibn Sirin, what he most preferred regarding the property of an orphan was that the orphan's well-wishers and guardians gather together to consider what would be best for him.Whenever Tawus was asked about any matter concerning orphans, he would recite, "And Allah knows the corrupter from the reformer" [Baqarah 2:220].Ata said concerning orphans, both young and old, that the guardian should spend on each one according to his share.

وقال لنا سليمان حدثنا حماد، عن أيوب،

عن نافع، قال

ما رد ابن عمر على أحد وصية. وكان ابن سيرين أحب الأشياء إليه في مال اليتيم أن يجتمع إليه نصحاؤه وأولياؤه فينظروا الذي هو خير له. وكان طاوس إذا سئل عن شىء من أمر اليتامى قرأ {والله يعلم المفسد من المصلح}. وقال عطاء في يتامى الصغير والكبير ينفق الولي على كل إنسان بقدره من حصته.
