A man said to the Prophet ﷺ, "Messenger of Allah, which charity is the most virtuous?"He replied, "That you give in charity while you are healthy and tight-fisted, hoping for wealth and fearing poverty. Do not delay until your soul reaches your throat and then say, 'So much for so-and-so, and so much for so-and-so,' when it has already become the property of so-and-so."
