We were with the Prophet ﷺ, one hundred and thirty in number. The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Does any of you have food with him?"It turned out that one man had a saa of food or something similar, which was then kneaded into dough. Then a tall, disheveled polytheist came along driving sheep before him.The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Are these for sale, or a gift?" Or he said, "Or a donation?"The man replied, "No, for sale."So he bought a sheep from him, and it was prepared. The Prophet ﷺ ordered that the liver be roasted. By Allah, there was not a single one among the hundred and thirty without the Prophet ﷺ cutting off a piece of that liver for him. If the person was present, he gave it to him directly, and if absent, he set it aside for him. Then he placed the meat into two large bowls, and they all ate until we were full, with food still left over in the two bowls, which we then loaded onto the camel. Or as he said.
