Urwa reported,

Zubayr had a dispute with a man from the Ansar. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Zubayr, water your land first, then release the water to your neighbor."The man from the Ansar said, "It is only because he is the son of your aunt." said, "Zubayr, water your land, then hold back the water until it reaches the walls, then release it."Zubayr said, "I believe this verse was revealed concerning that incident, 'But no, by your Lord, they will not truly believe until they make you the judge in what is disputed between them'" [Nisa 4:65].

عن عروة قال

خاصم الزبير رجل من الأنصار فقال النبي ﷺ يا زبير اسق ثم أرسل فقال الأنصاري إنه ابن عمتك فقال عليه السلام اسق يا زبير ثم يبلغ الماء الجدر ثم أمسك فقال الزبير فأحسب هذه الآية نزلت في ذلك {فلا وربك لا يؤمنون حتى يحكموك فيما شجر بينهم}
