Jabir bin Abdullah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said to me, "When the wealth of Bahrain arrives, I will give you this much, and this much, and this much." But the wealth of Bahrain did not arrive until after the Prophet ﷺ had passed away. When the wealth of Bahrain finally came, Abu Bakr ordered an announcement to be made, "Whoever was promised something by the Prophet ﷺ or is owed a debt by him, let him come to us."So I went to him and said, "The Prophet ﷺ said such and such to me."He scooped up a handful for me, and I counted it. It came to five hundred. Then he said, "Take twice as much again."
