Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade that a town-dweller sell on behalf of a desert-dweller, and that people inflate prices in bidding without intending to buy, and that a man make an offer to buy over his brother's pending purchase, and that he propose marriage over his brother's pending proposal, and that a woman demand the divorce of her sister so as to empty her vessel for herself.
