Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has made Makkah sacred. It was never lawful for anyone before me, nor will it be lawful for anyone after me. It was made lawful for me only for a brief hour of the day. Its grass is not to be cut, its trees are not to be uprooted, its game is not to be disturbed, and its lost property is not to be picked up except by one who will publicly announce it."Abbas said, "Messenger of Allah, except for idhkhir grass, for our goldsmiths and our graves."The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Except for idhkhir."Khalid reported from Ikrima, who said, "Do you know what 'its game is not to be disturbed' means? It means driving an animal away from its shade so that one can sit in its place."
