We went on the expedition of Tabuk with the Prophet ﷺ. When he reached Wadi al-Qura, there was a woman in her garden. The Prophet ﷺ said to his companions, "Estimate its yield." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ estimated it at ten wasqs. He said to her, "Keep track of what it produces."When we arrived at Tabuk, he said, "Tonight a violent wind will blow, so let no one stand up, and whoever has a camel with him should tether it." So we tethered our camels, and a violent wind did blow. One man stood up, and the wind hurled him to the mountains of Tayyi.The king of Aylah presented the Prophet ﷺ with a white mule and clothed him in a robe, and the Prophet ﷺ wrote for him a guarantee concerning their sea coast.When he came back to Wadi al-Qura, he asked the woman, "How much did your garden produce?"She replied, "Ten wasqs, exactly as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ estimated."The Prophet ﷺ said, "I am hurrying back to Medina, so whoever among you wishes to hurry with me, let him hurry."When (Ibn Bakkar said a word meaning) he came in sight of Medina, he said, "This is Tabah."When he saw Mount Uhud, he said, "This is a little mountain that loves us and we love it. Shall I not tell you of the best of the houses of the Ansar?"They said, "Yes, please do."He said, "The houses of Banu al-Najjar, then the houses of Banu Abd al-Ashhal, then the houses of Banu Saidah, or the houses of Banu Harith bin Khazraj. And in all the houses of the Ansar there is good."
حدثنا سهل بن بكار حدثنا وهيب عن عمرو بن يحيى عن عباس الساعدي
غزونا مع النبي ﷺ غزوة تبوك فلما جاء وادي القرى إذا امرأة في حديقة لها فقال النبي ﷺ لأصحابه اخرصوا وخرص رسول الله ﷺ عشرة أوسق فقال لها أحصي ما يخرج منها فلما أتينا تبوك قال أما إنها ستهب الليلة ريح شديدة فلا يقومن أحد ومن كان معه بعير فليعقله فعقلناها وهبت ريح شديدة فقام رجل فألقته بجبل طيء وأهدى ملك أيلة للنبي ﷺ بغلة بيضاء وكساه بردا وكتب له ببحرهم فلما أتى وادي القرى قال للمرأة كم جاء حديقتك قالت عشرة أوسق خرص رسول الله ﷺ فقال النبي ﷺ إني متعجل إلى المدينة فمن أراد منكم أن يتعجل معي فليتعجل فلما قال ابن بكار كلمة معناها أشرف على المدينة قال هذه طابة فلما رأى أحدا قال هذا جبيل يحبنا ونحبه ألا أخبركم بخير دور الأنصار قالوا بلى قال دور بني النجار ثم دور بني عبد الأشهل ثم دور بني ساعدة أو دور بني الحارث بن الخزرج وفي كل دور الأنصار يعني خيرا
