The Prophet ﷺ said, "For one of you to take his rope and go out, I think he said to the mountain, gather firewood, sell it, eat from it, and give in charity, is better for him than begging from people."Abu Abdullah said, Salih bin Kaysan was older than Zuhri, and he met Ibn Umar.
حدثنا عمر بن حفص بن غياث حدثنا أبي حدثنا الأعمش حدثنا أبو صالح
عن النبي ﷺ قال لأن يأخذ أحدكم حبله ثم يغدو أحسبه قال إلى الجبل فيحتطب فيبيع فيأكل ويتصدق خير له من أن يسأل الناس قال أبو عبد الله صالح بن كيسان أكبر من الزهري وهو قد أدرك ابن عمر
