The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up after the second rakah of the noon prayer without sitting between them. When he completed his prayer, he performed two prostrations and then gave the salam afterward.
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف أخبرنا مالك عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عبد الرحمن الأعرج
إن رسول الله ﷺ قام من اثنتين من الظهر لم يجلس بينهما فلما قضى صلاته سجد سجدتين ثم سلم بعد ذلك
