The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in one of the prayers and stood up after two rakats without sitting. The people stood with him. When he completed his prayer and we were waiting for his salam, he said the takbir before the salam and performed two prostrations while seated, then gave the salam.
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف أخبرنا مالك بن أنس عن ابن شهاب عن عبد الرحمن الأعرج
صلى لنا رسول الله ﷺ ركعتين من بعض الصلوات ثم قام فلم يجلس فقام الناس معه فلما قضى صلاته ونظرنا تسليمه كبر قبل التسليم فسجد سجدتين وهو جالس ثم سلم
