The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw in a dream that I was drawing water with a pulley-bucket from a well. Abu Bakr came and drew a bucket or two, but his pulling was weak, and may Allah forgive him. Then Umar bin Khattab came and it turned into a large bucket in his hands. I have never seen an extraordinary man do such a remarkable job, until the people had drunk their fill and watered their camels at the resting place."
