The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every prophet has a disciple, and my disciple is Zubayr bin Awwam."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: إن لكل نبي حواريا، وإن حواري الزبير بن العوام.
Tirmidhi (3744) and Ahmad (680) both narrated it through the route of Asim (he is Ibn Abu Najud), from Zirr, from Ali, and he mentioned it. Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan sahih hadith, and it is said that the Hawari is the helper." I say, its isnad is hasan because of Asim, for he is hasan al-hadith.
