There are three whose obligatory and voluntary deeds Allah will not accept: one who is disobedient to his parents, one who reminds others of his favors, and one who denies the divine decree.

Ibn Abu Asim narrated it in Sunnah (323), Bayhaqi in Qadar wal-Qadar (2/699), and Tabarani in Kabir (8/140), all of them through the route of Umar bin Yazid Basri, or Nasri, from Abu Salam, from Abu Umama, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Umar bin Yazid Nasri, also said to be Basri, who has been criticized, except that Dahim declared him trustworthy, as Fasawi transmitted from him in Marifah wal-Tarikh (2/396). Ibn Hajar mentioned in Lisan Mizan (5717) that Abu Zurah Dimashqi listed him among the trustworthy narrators of the Levant. A narrator of this standing has his hadith graded hasan when there is nothing objectionable in it, and this hadith has an established basis, which this narration belongs to.
