I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about the saying of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, "On the Day when the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens as well, and they will appear before Allah, the One, the Prevailing" [Ibrahim 14:48]. I asked, "Where will the people be on that Day, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "On the Sirat."
سألت رسول الله ﷺ عن قول الله عزوجل: {يوم تبدل الأرض غير الأرض والسموات وبرزوا لله الواحد القهار} [إبراهيم: ٤٨] فأين يكون الناس يومئذ يا رسول الله؟ فقال: على الصراط.
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on the characteristics of the hypocrites (2791), from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, our teacher Ali bin Mushir told us, from Dawud, from Shaybi, from Masruq, from Ayesha, who mentioned it.
