Bara bin Azib reported,

On the day of Hudaybiyah we numbered fourteen hundred. Hudaybiyah was a well, and we drew from it until we did not leave a single drop. The Prophet ﷺ sat on the edge of the well, called for water, rinsed his mouth, and spat it back into the well. We waited only a short while, then drew water until we had drunk our fill and our mounts had drunk their fill, or until our mounts moved on.
