The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There has not been a single prophet except that he was given signs which would cause people to believe in him. What I have been given is a revelation that Allah revealed to me, so I hope to have the most followers among them on the Day of Resurrection."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: ما من الأنبياء نبي إلا أعطي ما مثله آمن عليه البشر، وإنما الذي أوتيت وحيا أوحاه الله إلي، فأرجو أن أكون أكثرهم تابعا يوم القيامة.
Bukhari narrated it in the Virtues of the Quran (4981) and Muslim in the Book of Faith (152), both from the hadith of Layth, from Saeed bin Abu Saeed, from his father Abu Saeed Maqburi, from Abu Hurairah, who mentioned it.
