I led the mount of the Prophet of Allah ﷺ along with Hasan and Husayn on his gray mule, until I brought them into the chamber of the Prophet ﷺ, one in front of him and the other behind him.
لقد قدت بنبي الله ﷺ والحسن والحسين بغلته الشهباء، حتى أدخلتهم حجرة النبي ﷺ، هذا قدامه، وهذا خلفه.
Muslim narrated it in the Virtues of the Companions (2423:60) through various routes, from Nadr bin Muhammad, who said, Ikrima, that is, Ibn Ammar, narrated to us, who said, Iyas, that is, the son of Salama bin Akwa, narrated to us, from his father, who said, and then he mentioned it.
