The Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca wearing a black turban, without being in a state of ihram.
أن النبي ﷺ دخل مكة وعليه عمامة سوداء بغير إحرام.
Muslim reported it in the Hajj [chapter] (1358:451) through various routes from Muawiya bin Ammar Duhni, from Abu Zubayr, from Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari, who said, then he related it.Ismail bin Abban clarified that Muawiya bin Ammar Duhni heard it from Abu Zubayr together with his father. Darimi mentioned this (1982).
