Jabir bin Samura reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a wide mouth, eyes with a reddish tinge in their whites, and lean heels.The narrator said, I asked Simak, "What does 'wide-mouthed' mean?"He replied, "It means having a large mouth."I asked, "What does 'ashkal al-aynayn' mean?"He replied, "It means having long-slit eyes."I asked, "What does 'lean-heeled' mean?"He replied, "It means having little flesh on the heels."

عن جابر بن سمرة قال

كان رسول الله ﷺ ضليع الفم، أشكل العين، منهوس العقبين. قال: قلت لسماك ما ضليع الفم؟ قال: عظيم الفم. قال: قلت: ما أشكل العينين؟ قال: طويل شق العينين. قال: قلت: ما منهوس العقب؟ قال: قليل لحم العقب.
