The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no pact of allegiance in Islam, and whatever pact existed in the days of ignorance, Islam only strengthens it."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لا حلف في الإسلام، وأيما حلف كان في الجاهلية لم يزده الإسلام إلا شدة.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Virtues (2530) from Abu Bakr bin Abu Shayba, who said, Abdullah bin Numayr and Abu Usama narrated to us, from Zakariya, from Saad bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Jubayr bin Mutim, and he mentioned it.
