The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent out a military expedition that included Abdullah bin Umar toward Najd. They captured a large number of camels, and each man's share came to twelve camels, or eleven camels, and they were given an additional camel each as a bonus from the spoils.
أن رسول الله ﷺ بعث سرية فيها عبد الله بن عمر قبل نجد، فنفحوا إبلا كثيرة فكان سهامهم اثني عشر بعيرا، أو أحد عشر بعيرا، و نفلوا بعيرا بعيرا.
Malik narrated it in the chapter on jihad (15), from Nafi, with similar wording. Bukhari narrated it in the chapter on the obligation of the fifth (3134), and Muslim in the chapter on jihad (1749), both from the hadith of Malik.The details of that are given by Abu Dawud (2743), from Hannad, who said, "Abdah, meaning Ibn Sulayman Kullabi, narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Ishaq, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, who said, 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent out a raiding party to Najd, and I went out with it. We seized many camels, and our commander gave each man a camel as a bonus share. Then we came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he divided our spoils among us, and each of us received twelve camels after the fifth had been taken out. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not deduct from us what our companion had given us, nor did he find fault with what he had done. So each of us ended up with thirteen camels, including his bonus share.'"
