The Prophet ﷺ combined both his parents for him on the day of Uhud. He said, "There was a man among the polytheists who had been wreaking havoc on the Muslims, so the Prophet ﷺ said to me, 'Shoot, may my father and mother be your ransom!'So I drew an arrow that had no arrowhead and shot him, striking him in the side. He fell, and his private parts became exposed. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ laughed so hard that I could see his back teeth."
Muslim narrated it in "Virtues of the Companions" (42:2412) from Muhammad bin Abbad, who said, Hatim (that is, Ibn Ismail) narrated to us, from Bukayr bin Mismar, from Amir bin Saad, from his father Saad bin Abu Waqqas, and he mentioned it.His saying, "he burned the Muslims," means he inflicted heavy casualties among them.
