The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been given five things that no prophet before me was given." Among them, he mentioned that it was said to him, "Ask and you shall be granted." He said, "So I have reserved it as intercession for my nation, and it will reach you, Allah willing, whoever among you meets Allah without associating anything with Him."
Ahmad (21299) reported it from Yaqub, who said, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, who said, Sulayman Amash narrated to me, from Mujahid bin Jabr Abu Hajjaj, from Ubayd bin Umayr Laythi, from Abu Dharr, and he mentioned it.Its isnad is hasan because of Muhammad bin Ishaq, who is a mudallis, except that he explicitly stated that he narrated directly, and he was also corroborated, as mentioned at the beginning of the chapter.
