The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I have been given five things that no prophet before me was given." Among them he mentioned, "And I have been granted the power of intercession."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: أعطيت خمسا لم يعطهن أحد من الأنبياء قبلي. فذكر منها: وأعطيت الشفاعة.
Bukhari related it in "The Prayer" (438), and Muslim related it in "The Mosques" (521), both from the hadith of Hushaym, from Sayyar, who is Abu Hakam, who said, Yazid Faqir narrated to us, from Jabir bin Abdullah, and he mentioned it.
