The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When my Lord took me up on the Night Journey, I passed by a people who had nails of copper with which they were scratching their faces and their chests. I asked, 'Who are these, Jibreel?'He replied, 'These are the ones who consume the flesh of others and attack their honor.'"
قال رسول الله ﷺ: لما عرج بي ربي مررت بقوم لهم أظفار يخمشون وجوههم وصدورهم، فقلت: من هؤلاء يا جبريل؟ قال: هؤلاء الذين يأكلون لحوم الناس ويقعون في أعراضهم.
Abu Dawud (4878) and Ahmad (3340) narrated it, and Diya narrated it through his path in Al-Mukhtarah (2285), all of them through the path of Abu Mughira Khawlani, who said, Safwan Saksaki narrated to us, who said, Rashid bin Saad and Abdul-Rahman bin Jubayr narrated to me, from Anas, and he mentioned it. Its isnad is sahih.
