They claimed, "It is only the slave of Ibn Hadrami, the keeper of the books, who teaches Muhammad."So Allah said, "The tongue of the one they refer to is foreign, while this is a clear Arabic tongue" [Nahl 16:103], "Only those who do not believe in the signs of Allah fabricate lies" [Nahl 16:105].
في قوله تعالى: {إنما يعلمه بشر} [سورة النحل: ١٠٣].
إنما يعلم محمدا عبد ابن الحضرمي وهو صاحب الكتب فقال الله: {لسان الذي يلحدون اليه اعجمي وهذا لسان عربي مبين} {انما يفتري الكذب الذين لا يؤمنون بايت الله} [سورة النحل: ١٠٣، ١٠٥].

Reported by Hakim (2/357) via the route of Adam bin Abu Iyas, who said, Warqa narrated to us, from Abu Najih, from Mujahid, from Ibn Abbas, who related it. Hakim said, its isnad is sahih.Ibn Ishaq said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would often sit by Marwa near the shop of a Christian young man called Jabr, a slave belonging to the sons of Hadrami. And they used to say, "No one teaches Muhammad most of what he brings except Jabr the Christian." So Allah revealed concerning this His saying, "It is only a human who teaches him" [Nahl 16:103]. Ibn Hisham mentioned this in his Sirah (1/393).
