The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said when Mecca was conquered, "There is no migration after the conquest, and there is no shighar marriage in Islam."
قال رسول الله ﷺ لما فتحت مكة: لا هجرة بعد الفتح، ولا شغار الإسلام.
Narrated by Abu Dawud (2751, 1591), Tirmidhi (1413), Nasai (4806), Ibn Majah (2959), and Ahmad (7012). Ibn Khuzayma graded it sahih (2280). All of them narrated it from the hadith of Amr bin Shuayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who related it. Its chain is hasan because of Amr bin Shuayb, for his hadith is hasan.
