I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There is no Muslim man who cleans barley for his horse and then feeds it to him except that a good deed is recorded for him for every grain."
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: مامن امرئ مسلم ينقي لفرسه شعيرا، ثم يعلفه عليه إلا كتب له بكل حبة حسنة.
Ahmad (16955) and Tabarani in Musnad Shamiyin (553) narrated it through Ismail bin Ayyash, who said, Shurahbil bin Muslim Khawlani told me that Rawh bin Zanbaa visited Tamim Dari and found him sifting barley for his horse, with his family gathered around him. He said to him, "Wasn't there anyone among these who could spare you this?" Tamim said, "Yes, but I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say," and he mentioned it.This is a hasan isnad, for Ismail bin Ayyash is truthful in what he narrates from the people of Syria, and this narration is one of those, and Shurahbil bin Muslim is a truthful Syrian. Rawh bin Zanbaa was one of the commanders among the Followers, though some said he had companionship with the Prophet, which is not correct. A number of narrators reported from him, and Ibn Hibban listed him among the trustworthy, saying, "He was a devout worshipper and warrior, one of the leading figures of the people of Syria," so a man like him has his hadith deemed hasan, when no criticism of him is known despite his renown.
