Bukhari related it in the book of jihad and expeditions (2851), and Muslim in the book of leadership (1874:100), both of them by way of Yahya bin Saeed, and Muslim added, "Muaz is al-Anbari," from Shubah, from Abu Tayah, from Anas bin Malik, who related it.
